Begin your evening with a taste of tradition – buttery escargot vol-au-vent and pâté en croûte with Berkshire pork, pistachio, and dried apricots.
For mains, start with our authentic chicken ballotine with Paris mushrooms and a rich vin jaune sauce, followed by king prawns thermidor, baked to perfection with gruyère and tarragon. Enjoy these with crisp salade verte and golden pommes dauphines.
Finish with our luscious orange “crêpe” brûlée, our refined take on the classic crème brûlée, followed by an assortment of handcrafted petits fours – delicate macarons and rich chocolate truffles.
